COPENHAGEN, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Danish lawmakers have agreed to construct an energy island in the North Sea that, in its first phase, will produce and store enough green energy to cover the electricity needs of 3 million European households, Energy Minister Dan Jorgensen said.
