Chef Rob Dumas, food science innovation coordinator for the University of Maine, is featured in a new video series, “Farm and Sea to School,” produced by the Maine Department of Education.
The series is part of a campaign to encourage Maine schools to use fresh, local products in school meal programs. Dumas was one of several experts brought in to demonstrate recipes featuring Maine ingredients. His videos include a bean burrito bowl and a lentil shepherd’s pie.
