It has become clear to me that if we fail to add water to the Salton Sea SOON, we will have to live with a drastic increase in air pollution that will make life very unpleasant throughout the Coachella Valley.
This will affect our premier tennis and polo competitions as well as our mega-concerts. Not to mention reducing property values. Who will want to live or compete or be a spectator to watch an event in such toxic air?
Please contact our state and local legislators to strongly urge them to support ocean water import to refill the Salton Sea.
The Republican party’s continuous attempt to "whitewash" the insurrection of their supporters against the capitol on Jan. 6, 2020, is their way of saying, “Are you going to believe us or your lying eyes?”
